Whether sunk intentionally or tragically, the call of wrecks is nearly irresistible to most divers. Through the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course, you get the skills, knowledge and procedures you need to answer the call of wreck diving.
During the PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course, you’ll learn:
- Safety considerations for navigating and exploring wrecks.
- Surveying and mapping a wreck.
- Using penetration lines and reels to guide exploration.
- Techniques to avoid kicking up silt or disturbing the wreck and its inhabitants.
- To discover some of the UAE’s most popular wrecks.

- You must be PADI Adventure Diver (or qualifying certification)
- Total time commitment 2-3 days (dives must be completed over a minimum of two days)
